DJ Vik’s career in the music industry began in junior high, where he started DJing school dances. By high school, he was already entertaining at major events like Proms, Winter Formals, Homecomings and Graduations across the San Francisco, Bay Area. After High School, motivated by the substantial amount of praises and compliments towards his talent, DJ Vik officially registered his company, Ultra Soundz Entertainment, a DJ Entertainment Company which focuses on entertaining South Asian Indian events.
As Ultra Soundz Entertainment started securing elegant Indian Weddings and Receptions, DJ Vik started booking private events across the United States. His reputation as a high-caliber performer quickly spread, and soon he was spinning at events across the globe. His work has taken him to entertain events at various destinations such as Cabo, Cancun, Dubai, Thailand, Fiji, Hawaii, Delhi, Mumbai, Singapore, Australia, New York, Dallas, Chicago as well as many other elegant destinations.
Today, DJ Vik continues to provide professional event entertainment services for Sangeets, Baraats, Wedding Ceremonies, Receptions, Birthdays, Anniversary’s, Graduations, Cooperate Events, Garba’s and Festivities such as Diwali and Holi. With 30 years experience, DJ Vik has expanded his unmatched music skills to accommodate Music Genres like Bollywood, Hindi, Bhangra, Western Top 40, 80’s 90’s, Hip Hop, Freestyle, Latin, Banda, Cumbia, Afrobeats, EDM and many other types of Mainstream Music. DJ Vik is one of the few DJs capable of beat-matching live by counting beats instead of using shortcut controllers.
