I just got married yesterday at the San Mateo Marriott and in a short times notice, DJ Vik did an excellent job in providing an entire sound system with excellent choice of music. He was a really nice person to work with. He even provided me with uplights to make my decor more vibrant!!! What more could I have asked for. Vik definitely went over and beyond our expectations by making key announcements to tie everything together during our wedding ceremony and reception! My husband and I are very happy that we chose Vik to DJ our special day! We danced non stop all night! !
I had the pleasure to work with DJ Vik at our Non-Profit (Small Steps Foundation) Charity’s Dandia Fundraiser Event on Oct 18th. I was so impressed by firstly his professionalism and secondly his body of work – the music ! He was there at our event at 4 pm to start setting up and was there till almost 2.00 am with a bright smile and no complaints ! Its not easy to make 2000 people of different age groups from 4yrs of age to 60 yrs of age all dance together and have a great time ! Our event was a huge success and big part of that success was Vik’s music ! I very very highly recommend him to anyone who wants to hire a good DJ, he truly is a one stop-shop person for music, sound and lighting !
DJ Vik has been our DJ for two special events for our family – a wedding reception and a 70th birthday party. He was professional, made sure to understand what music we preferred and what would work best for our guests. Both events were an amazing time and DJ Vik was a huge part of the night. DJ Vik was our DJ for our wedding reception at the Legion of Honor and we could not have been happier. We contacted him about 3 weeks before our event and luckily he was available. some of the highlights- Music: we provided songs that were must-plays and the specific times during our reception and Vik delivered. Outside of our defined songs, he played a wonderful range of top hits. We had guests from all part of the world and DJ Vik delivered wonderfully on music selection. We provided general instruction on the type of music – his choices were spot on in capturing the energy of the moment, i..e classic selections during dinner vs. high-energy selections during dance party till the very end. Service: Vik is incredibly personable and an easy person to work with. He was very responsive to our requests and very helpful in providing input when deciding on musical choices. His depth of experience playing weddings was evident. He was very punctual in all our meetings and gave attention to detail on things which we would have missed out. Overall, we loved his music and looking forward to working with him again! He is a ROCKSTAR!
